Who we share it with

Credit partners. When you ask for an introduction, we share your form data with the partners that match your company, such as AWS Activate Providers, AWS consulting partners and resellers. They receive it as independent controllers and use it under their own privacy policies.

Service providers. Hosting, email, CRM, analytics and spam protection providers process data for us under contract.

Legal and business transfers. Authorities when the law requires it, and a buyer if our business is sold.

We do not share your data with AWS unless you or a partner submit an application to AWS for you.

International transfers

Some partners and providers are outside your country. Where data leaves the EU or UK, we rely on adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep it

Form submissions: [24] months after your last contact with us. Marketing consent: until you withdraw it. Usage data: [14] months. Then we delete or anonymize it.

Your rights

Depending on where you are, you can access, correct, delete or export your data, object to or restrict its use, and withdraw consent at any time. Use our data request form or our contact page. We reply within 30 days. In the EU or UK you can also complain to your data protection authority.

California residents. Sharing your data with partners may count as "sharing" under California law. You can opt out at Do not sell or share my information. We honor Global Privacy Control signals. We will not treat you differently for using your rights.

Security

We use encryption in transit, access controls and vendor reviews. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Business use only

The site is for businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

Changes

We will post changes here and update the date at the top. For significant changes, we will notify people we hold contact details for.
