Using credits
What can you use AWS credits for?
Credits cover most of a typical startup bill: servers, databases, storage and AI.
Most AWS services are covered: servers (EC2), containers, serverless functions (Lambda), databases (RDS, DynamoDB), storage (S3), networking, monitoring and AI services such as Bedrock.
Usually excluded: AWS Marketplace software, domain name registration, some support plans, reserved capacity bought upfront, and mining cryptocurrency.
Each credit package lists its eligible services. Check it in the Billing section before you plan a big project around it.
Prices and credit amounts are estimates and may change. Check AWS for current terms.
