NO CREDITS, and the programme page is retired. SaaS Factory was always technical and business enablement (content, experts, reference architectures), not a credit programme. Since sometime between 2025-09-11 and 2025-10-02, its URL redirects (301) to the AWS Marketplace partners page. aws.amazon.com/saas still says 'Leverage the AWS SaaS Factory program to access AWS experts' and links to the redirected URL. Engagement goes through your AWS account representative.
